DECLARATION BY THE STUDENT
- I declare that I have complete knowledge of the rules and regulations of the institute & that I will abide by them and maintain the discipline. In case of any indiscipline my admission can be terminated from the institute without any claim for the refund of the fees. For disciplinary action the decision of the management will be final.
- I hereby give my consent for the use and display of my Name, Photo, Rank & Test Copies to the students publicly without any objections. I understand that these materials may be shared or published as required.
- I am aware that sharing or distributing Lukmaan IAS videos is strictly forbidden and its violation may result into penalties under the IT Act 2000 and other relevant laws, including legal action for unauthorised video distribution or piracy.
TERMS AND CONDITION FOR ADMITTED STUDENTS
A. Definition
1. “Lukmaan IAS’’ – Means all organization currently in existence and all sister organization created successively bearing same name and Logo.
2. ‘’Student’’ – Will includes all person who comes in contact, either through admission or otherwise for any course with Lukmaan IAS , either Offline or Online or Postal or any similar mode.
B. General Terms.
1. All students are expected to adhere to policies contained herein after, Policies contained in this document is to be read in addition to, not in derogation of existing policies of any course conducted by Lukmaan IAS, if any.
2. In case of any part of this document is redundant, the other part will operate on its own. Notwithstanding, the terms laid herein will not be used in derogation of the interest of Lukman IAS.
3. All Material sent to students either paper or in electronic mode shall remain Property of Lukmaan IAS. Students shall not have any right in them in perpetuity.
4. If any student is selected from any government exam Lukmaan IAS shall have right to publish person name without any intimation to that person.
C. Policy as to conduct of student in classes
1. Student will not behave unruly in class, including disturbing other students, unruly behavior with teacher, Administrative Staff etc.
2. Student will not involve in any sexual harassment; any contravention will lead to immediate removal and suspension of student(s) directly or indirectly involved in such incident.
3. Student will not destroy institute property including furniture, AC etc. in class, any contravention will lead to fine or Debarment from further classes without any refund or both.
4. Student will report 10 minutes prior to start of the class, in case of late entry in class student will be not entitles ask for re teaching of those topics covered. However, teacher may in its discretion help the student for the
same.
5. Any tort as a result of student behavior will not be responsibility of Lukmaan IAS. Student will compensate for the same.
D. General Policy as to Online classes
1. All Student who take admission in online classes agrees that they will full minimum computer hardware, software and internet speed requirement necessary for watching recorded videos of class.
2. Lukmaan IAS shall mark each video uniquely which enable it to be identified by Lukmaan IAS in event of unauthorized use.
3. No student shall use or shall cause it be used, its access to videos for, illegal viewing, recording, downloading or reducing in writing by the way of making notes, from Videos sent to them.
4. Lukmaan IAS Shall have right to disable the access to video of student in contravention of clause 2,3-= of Section ‘E’ of this document.
E. Legal
1. All student shall not cause any infringement of copyright, any contravention Lukmaan IAS will be free to take legal action as required.
2. Any dispute arising out of Lukmaan IAS and Students shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
VIDEOS EXTENSION
1. The video extension requests will be decided on a case to case basis by the management.
2. The extension of the videos’ validity will be allowed only in the following cases:
a) The extension request has been made in written through the email enquiries@lukmaanias.com
b) The reasons for the extension should also be stated.
