Lukmaan IAS is going to conduct an ‘Interview Guidance Program (IGP)’ for all aspirants who have qualified the UPSC CSE (Mains) Examination, 2024.
Please fill out the ‘Registration Form’ for participating in the ‘Mock Interviews’ under the guidance of S. Ansari. The interview boards will be led by former Bureaucrats (Ex-IAS, Ex-IPS, Ex-IFS & other Civil Servants) and academic experts.

PREPARATION STRATEGY FOR UPSC CIVIL SERVICES PERSONALITY TEST
The UPSC Civil Services Personality Test, also known as the Interview, is the final stage of the three-stage examination process. Some tips to help you develop an effective preparation strategy for the UPSC Civil Services Personality Test are as follows:
- Understand the exam pattern: The UPSC Civil Services Personality Test is an interview-based examination that tests the candidate’s personality, communication skills, knowledge, and understanding of current affairs.
- Research the panel: Research the panel members who will be conducting the interview. Read their profiles and find out their areas of interest and expertise.
- Revise the basics: Revise the basics of General Studies, optional subject and current affairs. The panel may ask questions related to any current affairs area that are in news, general studies and your optional subject etc.
- Develop clarity on your DAF: Develop clarity on your Detailed Application Form (DAF) and be prepared to answer questions related to your educational background, work experience, hobbies, and interests.
- Practice mock interviews: Attend mock interviews to get feedback on your knowledge, communication skills, body language, and overall personality. This will help you to identify areas that require more attention and improve your performance in the actual interview.
- Be confident and honest: Be confident and honest in your answers. The panel is looking for candidates who are knowledgeable, have good communication skills, and are honest and transparent in their responses.
- Dress appropriately: Dress appropriately for the interview. Choose formal attire that is comfortable and professional.
- Stay calm and composed: Stay calm and composed during the interview. Listen to the panel’s questions carefully, and take a few seconds to think before answering.
